...is thinking about renewing the rivalry - link provided.

I would love to see us renew the rivalry and would love to see us beat the leg humpers regularly.

Why play USuC every year? If they beat us, we look bad. If we win, it's ho hum we do this 4 out of 5 years anyway.

The rivalry games against the Dawgs was much better than any rialry we play with usuc. When we beat the Dawgs, we felt like we beat somebody.

I would not get my hopes up on this. More likely, Richt and UGA will look for mid-major southern teams to tune up for the usually brutal SEC schedule. As long as there is no play-off system in FBS college football, that will be the case.
