A lot to like for a first time under the lights with a lot of new pieces.

Fans are going to love Zac Foster and Chase Thompson. These freshmen are the best he has had and they are on the same class.

It's too early to say how good this team will be, but this should be a fun season watching the team build an identity. There are some really interesting pieces on this squad. I agree with you. I think CT and ZF will both be fan favorites as they look the part already. The defensive pressure was good from the outset tonight, but it took a while for the O to get rolling. Jestin Porter and Butta Johnson looked good from behind the arc and we have a good bit of size and skill inside between Davidson, Godfrey, Welling and Wahlin. Brownell has a lot to work with and it will be fun to see how he puts the pieces together over the course of the year.
