I suspect this will open up new bushes to beat for recuiting.
Possibly not for Dabo but who knows. For that matter, if we close on 4 or 5 more on our chart we'll be done for the 2021 recruitment.

So will this change the face of recruiting this year? If there is enough difference that schools can take players that would not usually qualify, it is a big deal.
