Boyd using spring break to get better
Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd didn't head to the beach or the lake during his break from school and spring practice, instead choosing to work out with quarterback guru George Whitfield in California Full Story » |

I assume Boyd paid for this himself

so why does the ACC have to approve it? Just interested how that works when he is voluntarily giving up time to do it.
Dont get me wrong with Swoff at the helm best to get it approved first. Remember when his first move was to punish us in girdle gate until it was pointed out that other conf teams were dressing the same way in preaseon practices

accuse the program of serving as an agent - or as a recruiting service in the case of high school players. Can't be too careful these days.

Swofford has took a punch at us every chance he has gotten. And now that Clemson has the chance to deliver a paralyzeing blow back at him. The heads of Clemson are huddled in a corner scared to swing back at him. Just a nutless administration!!!

Just think how good Boyd could be if the OLine gave him just a little better protection. His biggest weakness (IMO) is his inability to make reads fast enough. He just needs for the game to slow down. He has the arm strength to be really great. I can't wait to see if he (and the OLine) improves just a little bit. Could be sweet.

Remember, he is still young. The game will slow down for him this year. Next year he will be even better. Gotta love his committment to improve.

I agree Boyd needs to learn how to buy time in the pocket. He also needs to scan the field better and stop locking in on one receiver.

rush for 700 yds this year. Might mean Tajh losing alil more weight as well. Like to see him at about 217 to 220 lbs...Not 240. #21
