Will TB want to take Rob Spence and Vic Koenig with him when he takes the next HC job? My guess is yes and bubble screen will be the highlight of that program's offense.

sum up the darkness with one event that happened- Someone hired a pilot to fly around the stadium with a trailing banner that read "Fire Ken Hatfield!"
Pretty harsh from an otherwise classy group of folks.

Back during Ray Goff's regime at UGA, a plane was spotted circling Sanford during a game.....it said "Fire Ray Goof"....rumor was that Ray's WIFE arranged it. Funny, if true. Those mutts can get mean when they're not winning....this makes me happy.

I can see it

I doubt it was a Texas or Auburn, but I can see a Kentucky, Mississippi State, or Kansas type school kicking the tires. Despite the evidently common idea around here that he was the worst coach ever Bowden has never had a losing season as a head coach, he recruited well, his players graduated and discipline was rarely a problem.
He has his flaws, but overall Bowden is a fairly decent coach.

My Ma[Clemson fan through and through] asked me when T. Bowden was hired who he was. I told her that he came from Tulane and was the son of Bobby Bowden. She asked me why Clemson wanted to hire the spawn of Satan. It took a while before she warmed up to him. Like Kaplony states she liked him not only for the won-lost record but all of the rest. This is what the Coot's fans don't understand. Maybe he'll land some where else. Time will tell.

it is going to take the absolute right fit for him to get back into coaching at this point. I honestly don't see him at another major program because much like Dabo he wears his religion on his sleeve and most places would want him to tone it down.
I honestly believe that if Turner Gill were to leave Liberty that would be the perfect place for Bowden to return to coaching. The folks at Liberty would not only be more accepting of his beliefs, I think it would be a major plus for him with them. I also believe that at a lower profile school Bowden would really shine.

The last comment is very distasteful and not to mention blasphemy. I agree that TB has blamed everyone, everything and now God for his failures but you should have stopped there.

I agree Bowden got us to Dabo!!!!! I was on campus when they fired Danny Ford. I was one of the 300 students on the Presidents front lawn that first evening..... Let me say that the feelings and expectations that I had going into the next season were far from the excitement that I have about this season!!!! So I am not looking in the rear view. GO TIGERS!!!!

Thinks a lot of himself. I have serious doubts any SEC or Big 12 school has rang his phone since he was fired, and only maybe a lower level Conf USA or Big E at the time. What a dope. Go away.

Tommy's record against the Coots was all because they weren't good not because he kenw some secret to beating them.
