I hate it for this young man. I just worry with the back injury (although they said Kalon Davis came back from similar injury) and now this, he could be one of those talents that just unfortunately never sees the field. Kinda like Rendrick Taylor, always getting injured. But I hope he comes back from this and takes the starting job. That would be great.

I wonder if this was in his surgically repaired ankle***

I always hate to see players get hurt. they put so much time into preparing to play. it is a shame when that is taken from them. Hopefully he will bounce back quickly.

TI reported acl

Torn Achilles and expected back by fall camp?

[1]
Posted: Feb 21, 2014 4:25 PM

That's not even six months recovery time. We've got to stop rushing our players back from injury. It's becoming much to commonplace over the last decade. Let him completely heal, and then come back, whenever that may be

Not good

I'm sure this post will rub some wrong...

But another injury...and hasn't even played a down. Afraid hes got a LONG up hill battle to climb.

This kid is what? 19 years old? In great shape....his rehab wasn't rushed. His body responded to treatment and therapy so they went fwd. Just an unfortunate even. He wil be fine.

The time for rehab before u can begin sports activity for torn Achilles is 6 months...

Posted: Feb 21, 2014 5:02 PM

That's the standard time for rehab before u can restart sports activity. He can probably start practice in August.

hopefully it is just partially torn and not a complete tear***

You'll come back from this

Sad to say...

but there is not a good track record of recovering from this injury. Wish it would have worked out. He looked like he was going to be a great back.

Just make sure you get that degree!

Kurt Fleming...

Kurt Fleming is an intriguing player; can't wait to see him in action.

May be a real surprise at Spring Camp...

I hope so, but what level did he play? No stands in video.

Sort of looked like Class A or SCISA in SC.

played high school in Virginia, not sure of the size school but he had enough talent in baseball to be drafted. he got hurt in his senior year. but if someone cant see his abilities, then they don't know football. he will be a factor for us this year.

fleming is the real deal!!! he's mature, has speed, has size, smart, and possibly the strongest player on the team. dj and Zach just aint gonna help us to the next level. if we cant mix it up, its gonna be a long season on stoudt.

Sorry Tyshon,
