Not knocking on Swag, but I think Watson is going to be special.

Watson has the skills, speed, abilities, and the frame to develop into the exact sizes and same play making characteristics of Cam Newton when he was in college. He has the capability of producing a very explosive offense some day at Clemson.

Is that like when the hottest girl in high school...

lucks out and gets a date to the prom with a heterosexual guy?
Chad has over a million reason to stay at Clemson and money is just one of them. As far as I'm concerned our coaches are lucky to find a fanbase that supports them and appreciates their work and dedication. Allegiance is a two way street.

coaching changes for this year are not over yet. texas may cause some movement, and there are always some late happenings every year.

You are correct, but if his thought patterns are like mine he is making enough money to live well and has that special something that comes with these hills. No way would I leave.

I'm not sure I agree. Morris is -known- to want a head coaching job. However he's in a position that he can basically cherry-pick which job he wants to take. If the right one opens up, he'll be gone, but in the meantime the money he's getting paid right now is a nice cushion.
Not a knock on Chad at all; I'm just saying that he's apparently still our OC due to external reasons as much or more than internal ones.

When you can't explain you give luck the credit...it is a myth.

I believe with a bigger running back and more mobile QB, that next year offense will be more condusive to Chad's offense.
I believe next year will produce 9 wins at most. We will break in new receivers.

Add an O line that can protect the QB and create running lanes. That is where we need to be.

And until we get a big, quick, skilled O line, winning the big games on a consistent basis won't happen. Heck, we won't win the acc again until we improve our O LINE. One dimensional offensive teams don't win championships in todays collegiate football.

he will finally have the offense he wants.
Shoot, thats pretty much what every coach wants. Thats not "Morris'" system, thats the ideal system.
