Just wanted to point one thing out

We're discussing how we like/don't like the pool play format, how we like/don't like 11am games and whether 2 wins gets us to host a regional.
Before the season started we were a bubble team. We pretty much agreed that if Monte takes us to the tournament then he had a good first year. Here we are, not in a play-in game, on the verge of hosting a regional.
Thank you, Monte and the boys. It's been a great season thus far.

not one tested pitcher except Krall and a pitiful year last year. Any trip to the post season will be a win for Monte and his staff.

This year's team has played will in timely situations and

when its back was against a wall. We needed a sweep at ND, we got a sweep, we needed to beat our last two ranked opponents in home series... we did that. We won our midweek games and we beat our rival. This year's baseball team has far exceeded expectations and we should be very proud.
