Our coach, as we speak, is in lock down with his staff. They are completely committed to our success this season. They are outlining their plans and schemes. He is cut off from the outside world...thinking only of Tiger Football.
Visor boy is currently.....on tour with some motivational speakers? Pimping himself out at the BiLo Center...Steve is looking out for the best interests of...his bank accounts?
Our coach still has his heart and soul in this game...evidenced by his emotional breakdown at the press conference a few years ago. Where is Visor Boy's interest?

that was back in the day - - when he was hungry, when he had something to prove, when he still wanted to be somebody. THAT was back in the day.
He proved all that at The Bandits, Duke and then totally set his place in history throughout all of football at Florida.
He's NOT that same guy anymore. And he's not entrenched or loved by his assistants enough to keep the image going like Papa Bowden has going for him.
What I'm saying is that Ol Sack wants to be a figurehead CEO of a big powerful company (football team) and he is in charge of an outhouse and doesn't have the stamina nor desire to build it into something worthwhile and lasting.
So, yeah - - he WAS a winner, ina hard to compare to anyone else kinda way.
Now - - he's a whiner - - with justified reasons.

....you and all Georgia fans have every right to see Coach Spurrier as a winner. He certainly has had your number. We've been luckier against Coach Spurrier.
Here's the Coach Spurrier'r records against an assortment of teams:

Coach Spurrier is a fine coach. His team at SC last year was much improved over the previous year's addition of the Gamecocks. I think he'll do fine at SC and win them a lot of games. I'd like to go up 1-4 on him this year and I'll be rooting for your dawgs to make it 11-3.
