Brandon Clear ...

Clemson needs WRs who can run good routes and make clutch receptions that win ball games. Clemson needs WRs who catch lots of TD passes. Clemson needs WRs who make strong blocks down field during running plays.

Clemson needs all those things, but Clemson also needs players like Brandon Clear.

If you watched the clip of Brandon Clear that was routinely played during the halftime Clemson TV promotional video last season, it's hard to imagine a more enthusiastic representative of Clemson Tiger football specifically and Clemson University in general.

The kid's personality just sparkles.

You can see it in his eyes and you can hear it in his voice. Perhaps he was not as successful on the field as he would have liked, but I have a strong feeling he is going to be successful in life.

what was it he lacked to translate into pt??- speed, hands, just curious. The few time he got in I though he did pretty well. I'd always hear good things that he was ready to emerge and but it never happened
