losses are to teams ranked very high. They should be ranked over Southern Cal. Usually the SEC teams get all the benefit of the doubt.

Same reason all of the 3 loss ACC teams aren’t ranked- to underweigh Clemson when comparing to other teams. It’s called “the fix.”

Instead we get a 6-4 IowaSt team who’s big win is a close one against a fading Texas squad. What ever happened to SEC bias? I guess that’s only reserved for the important SEC teams.

IF that's the case. Why is Auburn ranked so high. They have three losses to UGA. Fla. LSU. They played the bottom dweller SEC west teams struggling for bowl eligibility. Kent State. Tulane and Oregon - in a game they were out played in for all but 20 seconds.

Seems they need to be giving Oregon more credit for losing to it's SEC opponent. Than what they have given Georgia for it's loss to an SEC opponent. A SEC loss to Auburn in a game you dominated is less hurtful than a loss to SEC South Carolina. Yet Georgia is ranked as high as they are!
