It was completely obvious he was reading his replies. I JUST ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION.

But no, you didn't ask a simple question. You are saying that KB was paid or paid someone by using your $ sign and just generally disingenuous toward our former player. That's why you got the reponse you did. Please, correct me if I misread your meaning.

Here’s what it would look like if I use a regular S instead of the $ sign when I wrote ######.
For some reason this site blocks that word and it would’ve looked like I had used a vulgarity. That’s the only reason for my use of the $.
But my point was that his answers had been crafted ahead of time rather than “in the moment” which is more often the case in an “interview”.
One answer, in particular, when speaking in regards to his teammates he said something like “they will understand, if not now, then 2 or 3 years from now”.
For some reason, that really sounded like it was meant to extend the conversation into the future and it just bothered me.
I’d really rather for it just to go away too, like many others on here, but it seems that ESPiN wants to make it an issue and use KB as the “poster child” for their agenda.
Paul Finebaum and all the talking heads are all giddy about weighing in on this and it bugs me to see all the mess this is becoming.
Dabo has been an exemplary Head Coach and Clemson University has become successful doing things the right way yet it seems as if the media is looking for some way to throw shade at our program.
