What was Rodney Williams' full record as a starter?

I wanted to know how many games he started. Think he won 32? Not sure if that is figured by how many games he took a snap or was the starter? Can't get the media guide to pull up.

He won 32. We were 34-12-2 in his 4 yrs, 85-88.***

Randy Anderson was actually starting before Williams...

and had a game where he had over 200 yards passing, which was huge passing numbers back then with our option offense. Then he got injured and never was the same again after the injury, and Rodney Williams took over and the rest is history.
