caffeine. I did go 4 days without any soda a few weeks back and continue to use 1/4 a cup of sugar for my sweet tea. I did a bit of a back slide when I learned I don't hate diet Dr. Pepper. Also weekends are still bad. Here's hoping little stuff helps.

I don't drink coffee. Trying to get away from caffeine in general and especially the artificial sweeteners in diet sodas.
