We've swept two really good teams, (Dallas baptist, and GT) The pitching has been there this weekend, but our bats werent. That's the way baseball goes sometimes. Chill out

Dallas Baptist is good. GT is solid, but nothing special. We just don't match up with anyone who has pitching. If we face guys who command the strike zone then we're in trouble.

Pitching is the strength. Our offense is dependent on BBs and HRs. We can't string hits together, and we don't move men around the bases.

makes us an all-world lineup. It'll help to have Meredith put the ball in play, but from top to bottom, we don;t hit well with men on base.

last season at one point and they went to the World Series. The Tigers just have to get hot at the right time.

This thread is about being a top 10 caliber team. Moreover, maybe this isn't the best we can play right now. When the Dodgers lost 16 of 17 they played terribly. I never look at middle of the season baseball by 1 series or even two. Maybe this Clemson team isn't that good, but I think in baseball you don't freak out about a oouple of games.
