He played and coached baseball the way it’s supposed to be! Just a darn great game made in America!!!! Nothing more, nothing less. The sport will miss him.

Congrats to his bride who enjoyed the moments with him.

But he has made NCAA baseball a better sport.
Nothing but respect for the man who takes 20 minutes to walk out to the mound.
I’m truly sorry he never won it all.

And I am not sorry he never won it all. Took the ACC Tourney from Greenville being a whiner. He can take a jump.
