Six of the losses in the 15 year time span you refer to are by a touchdown or less?

I never said we weren’t lucky to beat NCS in 2016, because we were.
But my original comparison is still valid. I am not sure why there has to be a lengthy history to make such a comparison. My argument is that Syracuse is someone we expect to dominate, but do not consistently dominate them to the degree we expect.
I would put NCS in a completely different category -somebodywe always expect to be competitive, and are not consistently as competitive as we expect.
One outperforms typical expectations, and the other underperforms.
I respect your and appreciate opinion...I just disagree. Based on recent history, I would say NCS is to Clemson as FLORIDA is to Georgia...or maybe TENNESSEE is to Georgia.

Florida vs Georgia is a strange series. The Dawgs pretty much dominated it until the Old Ball Sac came on the scene at Florida in 1990. From that point on, Florida has pretty much owned the series. Just another situation where Georgia's biggest moment was long, long ago.
It was 1980: Lindsay Scott, Lindsay Scott, Lindsay Scott! Munson got so excited, he never really said "Touchdown!" at all.

I think that is a good comparison Griff. Seldom do we put Syracuse away and UGA seems to have trouble putting the coots away.
