Remember when we were all putting down JT Barret in 2016

JT and Bryant play very similar...could argue Bryant is a slightly better runner and JT was a slightly better passer.

Kb is definately the better runner and that’s not even close. Passing is closer to equal but I would lean barret

KB is absolutely not a far better runner than JT Barrett was. JT’s worst season rushing was still better than KB’s only season as a starter. Barrett averaged 5.0 ypc over his career vs 3.5 during KB’s season starting. At best they’re equal. Realistically JT was a better runner than KB is.

Oh ok. Thank you for the numbers. I guess off the top of my head i just remember seeing KB make so many good plays with his legs while barrett was usually getting planted BUT that's because every time i watch ohst they suck so i don't see all off his good plays. I just remember what we did to him lol and braxton miller before that

Both are solid college players (athletic, good leaders, etc), but both got exposed in the CFP when forced by an elite defense to win a game with their arms.

Stats are very similar
Barrett (2016 Fiesta Bowl): 19/33, 127 yards, 2 picks, no tds, 15.2 QBR
KB (2018 Sugar Bowl): 18/36, 124 yards, 2 picks, no tds, 7.9 QBR

Rushing:
Barrett: 11 carries for -2 yards (sacked 3 times), Long of 11 yards
KB: 19 carries for 19 yards (sacked 5 times), Long of 20 yards
