Posting Pictures in Ticket Ads

I am having trouble posting a picture in an ad for tickets. I have saved the picture with a .jpg extension and adjusted the pixel size all the way down to 150x161 . However, it still won't upload. Any suggestions?

I was able to upload a pic without a problem

What is the size of the file? After you choose the file, does it appear on the post page or do you see an error?

Make sure you don't have any blockers or other browser extensions running that might block javascript. Thanks.
