Miami 7.5 pt dogs versus Florida. Agree?

I am hoping for a Miami win; but I understand the line. Miami is 5-1 versus the spread in their last 6. Florida has Grantham and Mullen and always loaded with talent.
How will Miami look with a new OC and HC. This game is a dangerous one for Flo-Rida b/c of the same reasons A&M gave us fits. You don't know what they will look like. What to prepare for, etc. Be a lot of adjustments on the fly.
Anyone think it will be that close or does one team run away with by more?

Would love to see other ACC teams win their non-conference games, but this is a tough one. Florida probably better on offense. Both defenses good. I'm guessing Fla. comes away with the win.

understand the spread but, Miami appeared unprepared and out of shape all of last year. I think they have talent too - but this year they will be better prepared. I think it might be very possible Miami wins Costal.
But...

This game will go a long way toward shaping the feelings around both programs.
Florida has players leaving and getting in trouble left and right. There are negative feelings everywhere right now. The desperately need to get on the field and have some success. A loss for them could be a big blow.
Miami has nothing but good feelings right now. Most of them however are based on some false bravado they have created over the summer. A loss for the bring them back to Earth but a win will send the positive vibes through the roof because they don't have a very difficult schedule after.
It will be interesting to see where each program goes as the season progresses.

It's a psuedo hme game for Florida

Plus..veteran QB vs 1st time starter, First time HC with all new coordinators vs establishd HC.
Even with even talent, all the intangibles are favoring UF.
I'm tempted to lay the 7.5.

but, I hope the "U" stomps a mudhole and walks it dry.
Better yet, I hope they knock a lung loose on somebody.

If I had to bet, I would bet UF to cover 7.5 with how much I saw them improve from start to finish last year and how much Miami declined but I am hoping for a Miami win.

Miami will be lucky to stay within 2 TDs, much less one.
UF will be out for blood against a historical rival and they have every advantage.
I have no doubt Manny Diaz will recruit well and give Miami a talent boost going forward. But this is game 1 of his first season. You can only expect so much.
I think Dan Mullen is going to try and embarrass Miami and make this a statement game. Bragging rights between fan bases and with recruits are at stake.
