LocaliQ Series - The Challenge @ Harbor Hill

Oct 1, 2020, 3:26 PM

The Leaders are Tied @ -11 . . . the Cut Line is -2

Bryson struggled again today (+1) and has missed the Cut . . .

Carson had 6 birdies and a lone bogey to shoot -5 . . . He is now -8 and currently T-4th Place with one final round to play . . .

Just in case anyone want to look, here is the link:

It is unfortunate that Bryson missed the cut. However, maybe this extra day or rest will benefit him next week at the Orange County National Championship.

The Challenge @ Harbor Hill is about over . . .

Oct 2, 2020, 2:11 PM

The final day is winding down . . . Carson shot -2 to end up @ -10 and currently T-10th Place . . .

Will be a good addition to his Race for the Bahamas Points and the Additional Purse of the Florida Swing.

After some quick math, it looks like Bryson and Carson will remain 1 and 2 in the LOCALiQ standings. Of course, this is assuming my math is correct and I didn't overlook something.

1 Bryson Nimmer 1419.000
2 Carson Young 747.967
3 Toni Hakula 664.500
4 Hayden Shieh 640.000
5 Stoney Crouch 552.333

Bryson will lose some more ground again next week as he competes on the Korn Ferry Tour, but hopefully, he can have a nice finish and earn some more starts.

How's your math . . .

on the Florida Swing standings?

Just curious . . . Carson was leading it going into this event.

Looks like they actually posted an article with those numbers before I saw your post. Carson is still leading, but not by a lot.
