I spend many hours on the water, 99% fresh. Decided to take the pontoon to Ocean Isle this year. With rain forecast every day for the rest of the week we spent the last 3 days (8hrs +) bobbing like a cork on the water. I don't have to tell you that a pontoon is not the best choice for open ocean. Seas were real calm for the most part with the only scary part being going out Little River Inlet. Never got over 2 miles out so we could quickly retreat to the Intercoastal. Caught more Trout than we could eat. TigerDug23 is bound to get shore envy as much as he stays on the water!
