The only feature we know about the shooter was that he had to tiptoe to shoot into a police cruiser. I thought it was a child until he/she ran away then the short stride made it clear the legs were disproportional to the torso.

I agree, after a trial & verdict of guilty..but you know there will be umpteen appeals and nothing done.
