If she was charged that, she should retain an attorney. The maximum fine in Georgia by statute is $1000.

10+ over the speed limit and it is bad news for the driver...

Law targets 75 mph and above on two lane roads and 85+ on interstates.

I was pulled on the way home from the Orange Bowl, but the trooper wrote my ticket just under the super speeder threshold. He seemed to have a little heartburn with the law and the problems it causes out of state drivers who are not aware of GA laws.

I am guessing there is a reason he does not have a license. Most college age people have one unless it got suspended for some reason. After the suspension expires the status changes to unlicensed until the offender pays to have the license reinstated.
