when something like that happens lol. Of all things I miss in my life since my double lumbar fusion it is power lifting and Olympic weight lifting. I used to bench 315 for 20 reps but now it's about my max. If course I was much younger before as well! Like 30 years younger!!

In my to late 20's and early 30's, my max out bench of two reps was 345. Now in my mid 60's, 315 would crush me. I could work out with 5 sets of 10 reps with 4 plates that I think back then was 225. At 5'11" 210 and 65 yoa, I maybe could get 225 out the rack for 1 rep maybe. But I wouldn't be able to lift my fork after that

I don't think that I'm understanding the purpose of the flex in the bar. What is the concept of the flex? I mean is it to help maintain balance when being shove against, and cause your muscle to react faster. What is the main purpose???

In the case of cheaper, wouldn't wrestling with a really big woman be cheaper. Well I guess that would depend on if you had to take her out to eat afterwards.
