Does signing the financial aid agreement mean that coaches

can discuss a recruit publicly? I thought I read that even though you signed an agreement, it only allowed the coaches unlimited contact with you til signing day, and that the recruit could still change his commitment. I also read that some recruits sign several financial aid agreements at different schools to keep their options open before enrolling early.
