BAD idea.

Not sure who allowed that...but that needs to be fixed.

..first Holtz and now Richt...it's the HC's job to stop....

Posted: Sep 1, 2013 1:53 AM

..sort of stuff....

Who was the UCS coordinator that "planned" that in '04?

Posted: Sep 1, 2013 2:08 AM

3 word name...can't remember. I looked it up but it wasn't obvious.

You're thinking of someone else....

Posted: Sep 1, 2013 9:22 PM

Their DC Rick Minter was the instigator of that.

..didn't that result in a major league ### whipping for somebody???????????????

They thought we'd see their sec patches and run back up the hill.

Unfortunately for them? We didn't.

..the other teams HC as well before we have another "event"....

Re: I hate that. Let us have our tradition***

It's up to our team and coaches to take our tradition back the next time that happens. Or just lay down and let them take it. We had a lot more of our players out there than they did. Let the scout team come down the hill last or first and them handle that situation the next time.

them to talk trash to our tigers.

Yannity said their coordinators came running to that end to

stop it?

I didn't see that in the replay though.

Only after the EPI people and a policemen started ordering them to step back. Once the officer got involved (which was really quick) the UGA coordinator came running over. #### poor of UGA staff to let that happen and equally bad on our part from letting them get that close.

Very good point--it's OUR House. It's rude and usually does not result in good things for you, if you do it.

It's Ritch

Didn't Ritch encourage his team to so something similar against Florida a few years ago in Jacksonville? The entire team went into the end zone, took the 15 yard penalty on kick off. He did it to make a statement bc Florida has owned him to that point. I think it worked for him that game and that dawgs actually won. Not this time! Everyone makes Ritch out to be the paragon of virtue who molds boys into men. I don't see it. He encourages stuff like this and must have more arrests than other teams in an already legally challenged SEC.

I agree on all fronts. I've heard the players don't like him***

There really needs to be a way that security can put a stop to this bush league activity, before one of these idiots actually trips a Tiger running off the hill, and all hail breaks loose as a result.

Musburger had a great line though

Even the GA players want to get a look up close

LOL!

Yes, I noticed that. Good quick line by Musburger.

Made it look like the entrance got in UGA's head, which it did.

Yes, kind of like getting a good decription of the bus

In the end as it turns out, it was probably the best thing they could have done. For just like the multiple "injuries", it simply made them look foolish and immature and unsportsmanlike. We WIN.....they lose! Go Tigers!!
