who shot -3 today @ The Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship, putting him @ -2 for the tournament, 6 shots off the Lead and currently T-23rd Place . . . Well inside the Cut Line of +1


The Northern Trust is a different matter . . . both Tigers faltered, while Scottie Scheffler fired a 59 and that CcL (Chanticleers coot Lover) threw a 60 at the field . . . Doc and Lucas can rest for a while . . .

Bunch of good players that missed the cut. Scotty Sheffler shooting a 59 today is pretty strong .... kind of unusual with no eagles on the scorecard. Pretty darn consistent scorecard ..... I think 6 birdies on each nine!

9 under on the front nine, with 2 eagles

Then he birdies holes 10 & 11 . . . Putting him @ -11 w/ 7 holes to play

Imagine how low it could have been!!!

He played the final 7 holes at Even Par.


I am definitely not a fan of his, but you gotta admit the potential was there for one of the lowest scores EVER!!!
