It's what a Clemson basketball coach needs to build a winning program here.

I don’t think our coach needs the distraction of a stripper mistress. We need his full focus on program building.

Just stating that his demeanor might not be best suited for coaching college basketball. His teams play with the same energy that he exhibits.
To be a great coach, just like a great general, a leader must have many qualities, which is whey there are only a small percentage of either.
One of those qualities is that the must be able to find ways to motivate their teams to compete at levels above what the normally would.
Call it whatever you wish, energy, enthusiasm, elan, esprit-de-corps... but these teams just don't seem to have it.

TB. But he will not be the guy that takes us to the promised land (just like I said TB wasn't one year after Rich Rod left.)
The reason I joined TigerNet and started posting was because people were bashing Dabo early on worse than they are bashing BB right now, and I came on to say that if people gave Dabo a few more years he would eventually take us to the promised land.
If you study military history and what most great leaders have in common, it's pretty easy to recognize who has what it takes to excel and who doesn't. Of course, it's also important to recognize the problems that most great leaders don't have.
There are exceptions of course, but not very many.
The problem is, most people just go with their emotions and support who they like (for whatever reason(s)) and don't support the people they don't like (for whatever reason(s)).

predictions and were right. That's not amazing, because it was self-evident. What's amazing is how many peopled don't see what's right in front of their faces.
What's even more amazing is insecure people like you who put words into other people's mouths.

And honestly, based on our talent level relative to many other ACC schools, it’s a testament to his coaching that we are as competitive as we are.
Recruiting is his (and every Clemson basketball coach’s) problem, not motivating his players and coaching them up.
