50 hours community service: a slap on the wrist. Ole Miss has chosen not to punish players with worse charges than this, so they will probably do nothing:

Hugh Freeze is hands down one of the biggest crooks in college football and I do not know how people have not recongized this yet...He was a crook during the recruitment of Michael Oher...This dude is 110% disgusting

he still may end up in jail:

"The 50 hours of community service must be completed by March 9 in order to avoid 15 days in jail, but Kelly could work towards that goal at Ole Miss. Spring semester classes begin Jan. 21."
