From what I have been hearing lately on Jackson is that the jury is still out on him. Some seem to think he will not succeed as a QB in the NFL. He throws his passes and hopes for the best is how I heard one analyst sums him up.

I don't see that at all. Manziel had serious issues

Baker just acts a little mature at times and lets his emotions get the better of him. He's also a much, much better thrower than Manziel ever was. Manziel just ran around in circles and played school yard ball, Baker is actually a QB.

Apples to apples there, i recall lavar acting pretty punky when he gets sacked. It was him that laid that late hit on a rando out of frustration
