While HC salary is important CU is near last in the ACC in basketball spending

Hamilton is less based on how much the program has to pay in bail accrual.

Yes.

We started 1-5 in ACC play behind an injured leader, finished 9-9. 8-4 run in the last 12 games. That was darn fine coaching to get the team back and have a chance to dance. Better yet, we did not tank when Reed was out.

Let that sink in. 8-4 in our last 12 league games.

Go back last year with Grantham being injured and there was a slight drop but Brownell adjusted perfectly. Made it to the sweet 16.

If folks don't realize that Brownell is coaching his rear end off, basically adding 5-7 wins in the past two seasons, and being compensated for it, I don't know what to say. I mean, his salary is literally about 1/2 of the basketball budget. If we are not going to pony up and pay for a proper program, at least give they guy his due.
