Brownell has no pride and our team has no character."we suck and it's gonna get worse...I cut my teeth on Tree, Wise, Rome and Abraham...now I am watching Moe, Larry and Shemp...this game was pathetic

I refer to it as the "ahole parade"....and its largely (but not exclusively} chickens.

But I disagree somewhat with your statement that Brownell's time is up. Clemson is not in a position to change coaches every few years. Its going to take a LONGTERM commitment to the basketball program to build. Brownell--who signed an extension last year, I believe--may not be John Wooden, but with a good staff, I think he can do a good job given time. And who's gonna take the job anyhow with an intent of not treating the job and the fans as mere steppingstones??

Brownell's buyout is $5mm the next two years and $3.5 the third. He isn't going anywhere. Possibly the new player amenities with the facilities upgrade will provide a boost to recruiting.

Who cares, everyone knows the only sport that matters is football and it doesn't matter that we have won one out of the last six. Only matters that we won the last one. By the way, not that it matters but margin of victory for the coots tonight was their largest since 1971.

Why would dropping Brownell help? He can't keep Rod Hall from getting the flu or make other guys compete. Coaches can only do so much.

But yes, Clemson "fans" are only happy after football wins and when they can complain about everything else.
