Always been a Brownell supporter

But this year has been a wash so far. We finally get a team that can score and just totally abandon playing defense it seems. Now I know every team is different from one year to the next, but this team is significantly worse on D and shot selection is awful. That comes down to coaching. I hate it but if the season keeps trending this way, I think it's time to go another direction.

frustrating today when they turned upthe D late and got stops so the could clang poorly selected shots. The have shown in stretches they can play D but will not do it most of the time.

Just be happy to get into the NIT most years and let it go...Clemson is good at football and baseball--games played outside by tough people. We are not good at basketball, a game mostly played by sissies inside buildings during the winter! We can trade Purnell for Brownell for ??? and probably do about the same. Apparently very few really good basketball players want to come to Tigertown.

Achieving what the football team and coaches achieved this year is THE HARDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT in athletics...PERIOD! There I said it!

Clemson has achieved for a 2nd time the highest degree of collegiate athletic achievement that there is, a national championship in football.

Watch his teams play, it was like watching paint dry. I am so glad the NCAA has been forcing the officials to call the game by the rules so coaches like BB will go away. The game wasn't meant to be played the way he coached.

While I also think it's time to move on from BB, this year's team runs up and down the floor and scores plenty of points. Not sure this description applies here

Coach has the talent - kudos to him. But I no longer believe he can coach talent to victory, which is unfortunate.
