who felt as if it was going to end well. The 3rd Qtr was a slow moving train wreck. It felt as if it was just a matter of time before UGA scored... I just felt we would answer....We never tried to answer.
So the pumpers who say it was close in the 4th.. That sounds like a moral victory to me.
It was close then it become not so close.

into the 4th shows that our defense was doing it's job up until that point. If "why" we lost is of any interest, then analysis shows that too many 3-and-outs by our offense wore our defense out and caused a lopsided defeat. That's why it's worth noting.

after that it was too much for them and they were exhausted. UGA went to their talented stable of RBs and pounded our D until they couldln't tackle anymore.
Offense did them no favors, at all

I definitely agree..... I thought that we was going to at least put something on the board. The 3rd and the 4th quarter was horrible.

Which didn't give Cole time to pass which meant that they could then focus on the run. I would have liked to have seen some quick passes to keep their DB's a bit more honest, but it never came. Instead we kept trying to run it at them....
