here it's spaghetti squash with pesto, sauteed onions and garlic, and local italian sausage. On the side, sauteed brussels sprouts in the pan after the sausage and veggies. Red wine washes it down.

sauteed brussels sprouts not near as good as roasted, was a lil disappoint. The local sausage is a new discovery, I'm sure somebody down there does something similar. Kinda nice to not have tomato sauce in this kinda dish.
