We have a national championship to win and those of us who spend thousands and watch a lot of football see weaknesses that need to be plugged. I love my tigers and not upset with the win but if all you want to do is celebrate go do it, you are bound to hear an opinion on here that will ruin your day!

You have an opinion and simply winning was for Tommy Bowden. It's not enough anymore, as National Champ contenders winning by 14 over inferior opponents does not look good. Right ???

Not everyone. Some people here just can't grasp what Dabo and the coaching staff are trying to accomplish when we clear the bench.

Most the disgruntled are spoiled, some can't see behind the coach's decisions. Others are new coots. Bottom line,
Solid win. Our closest games last year were home games. We do tend to play better for whatever reason on the road. What, the D gave up 336 yards, most of those on the wholesale change defense? Ok, who's next, Syracuse? Road game? Cool.

Winning games should be enough, but winning and not dominating is why we are listed as number two.

I have to admit that in the second quarter I was getting a little miffed. We were not dominating like I thought we should.
But then I remembered that our guys just played a pretty tough September schedule.
I get that our coach is giving our starters rest and trying to keep them injury free; all the while, gaining depth and experience so that there will always be a "next man up"
It may not be pretty or the way we want it. .
But this not a beauty pageant and there is no points for style in the W/L column.
W is a W whether it is by 1 pt. Or 100 pts.

I'm very pleased with the win. Dabo is the one that should be upset, as he is the one that said we "play to a standard". I doubt that the way we played today was up to that "standard".
