let the kids play.so many times the refs step in and decide the outcome of a game.tonight was a case of that

I agree...what a joke...the fsu guy was not in position to

Oct 19, 2014, 12:03 AM

get to the ND guy that caught the ball anyway...

Even though Joyner pressed the receiver and was holding him as well?

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

yes it is also the right call to call it when FSU holds

Oct 19, 2014, 12:09 AM [ in reply to Even though it was clearly the right call?*** ]

on every other play to buy their jack ### qb to make throws....

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

The thing is, the ND player held on too long when he didn't

Oct 19, 2014, 12:05 AM

have to. He would've got away with it if he would have relaxed a bit and not continued to drive the FSU defender back...

It was the correct call. Just watch the replay.

I watched it. Joyner pressed and grabbed the receiver, could have went either way

They are blocking them and driving them back. It was the right call and really should be called more often along with at least 25% of the offensive holding calls that are rampant on every play.

agreed***

I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger

How do you know they are driving them back? As a defensive back one of the main objectives is to not let the receiver behind you so you are backing up anyways.

It's not like they were blitzing. 3 defenders over there and NONE of them covered him? Ok. And don't tell me that was Joyner's man because he pressed the receiver called for the interference.
