Imo this team is par for the course. These last few years the defense has bailed the offense out when needed and vice versa. Thats what good teams do. Great teams play great on both sides. Usually teams dont start great against top level competition though. Plenty of time to improve. Honestly though auburns pass defense was on point. I would also wager the play calling was intentionally calm being on the road to try and limit forced error. No point to be heaving passes in the end zone when the game was always in hand and their corners playing such tight coverage.
