Honestly Nebraska is a has been that does not have a fertile recruiting ground. With the emergence of some of the other schools in the area it is getting tougher for them. Link that with lofty expectations and it is a dead end job. NE needs to go after Paul Johnson or that type to give them an extra advantage.

Maybe Tom O beelieves in PJ. Considering he himself was fond of the option and successful with it at Nebraska? PJ's buyout may be the deciding factor here, though.
