Tickets for kids, 11 and 6 years old?

I have 2 tickets for game tomorrow, top north deck section TDP row Q seats 27 & 28... Need to know if tickets must be purchased for kids that are 11 and 6? Any help is appreciated!

Up to 2-3 years old are fine especially if you are carrying them.

If they occupy a seat, they must have a ticket. An 11 year old sitting in your lap for 3 hours seems pretty uncomfortable to me.
