The Truth about the Jameis Winston Case

This is unwinding and it will soon be revealed that Winston and the "victim" had a relationship before and after the rape was reported. On the night of the "rape" at the victim's apartment both the victim's roommate and Winston's roommate were present and were witnesses to the ongoing affair. Winston told the victim his girlfriend was coming into town and the victim needed to lay low. Her feelings were hurt and she reported being raped. The 5'9 -5'11" description was to protect Winston because she realized she had to lie to support the lie. She refused to press charges because she realized it was she who was in potential trouble...and now she is the one who may be facing charges for making false statements.

But I do know that on the FSU message boards yesterday, a lot of people were speculating that Winston had never had contact with the accuser. As soon as the DNA match came to light, the FSU boards turned to the consensual sex/jilted lover storyline.
