Single Game Tickets @Syracuse

May 6, 2019, 2:38 PM

Cuse fan here saying thank you Clemson. I know we are not your rival but your return along with our 10 win season in 2018 has really juiced our season ticket sales for 2019.

Just want to tell you if you plan to attend in person: either buy through your Clemson Ticket Office or be prepared to go on the Secondary Market.

All the single game tickets have been sold out. All that remains is 3 game packages (and those are very limited) and some season ticket packages. Syracuse new season ticket sales are up 6000+ seats at this point in time and returning season ticket holders are renewing at record rates.

I expect a full house approaching 50,000 for the game (which is awesome for a private, northeast based university).

Awww

You're welcome Cuse fans.

I still remember sitting next to another Tiger fan when we played Syracuse in the Gator Bowl. As the mascot walked by. She yelled out, "What are they? The tomatoes??"

Forgot to ask?

Did she yell that before or after the game? ;)

BTW, Otto was just named a few weeks before that Gator Bowl game. He would have looked like the one attached.

Any mascot history freaks...the link below is a good concise history of Otto (if you are interested).

Overall, the ACC has some really interesting mascots.

I don't think Syracuse is on our schedule this year

May 6, 2019, 2:49 PM

Our only out of conference games are TAMU, UNCC, Wofford and UofSC. There are no Big East teams on the schedule. Good luck to y'all this year though, hopefully at some point you reach your goal of getting almost 50,000 in your little dome there!

"IDIOT POSTER OF THE MONTH SO FAR...GWP-- You have won IPM Award for your failure to completely comprehend a clear post & then choose to attack someone who points out your ignorance. While you are not yet in the same No Class Catagory as deRoberts, ClemTiger117 & Tigerdug23, you are getting closer to the Sewer Dwellers." - coachmac

Your 50,000 will be just like the Spring Scrimage

Kinda...but I'm sure Death Valley was louder last April than the Dome will be in September.

Not sure if your local or not but is it best to fly into Syracuse, Rochester, or Buffalo. I'm talking price, flight availability, and ease of travel. Thanks in advance

Check them all...Albany too.

Allegiant flies nonstops from Myrtle Beach to Cuse if you live over that way. Frontier has a nonstop from RDU if you live north. Otherwise the only nonstops close to you are from ATL and CLT on Delta and American. Buffalo is the largest Airport Upstate and only 2 hours from Cuse. It would allow you to see Niagara Falls and the Finger Lakes (Wineries) as you head east to Cuse.

If you live in Upstate (SC) the drive to Cuse is long but pretty stress-free. Just time it around Charlotte and head up I-77 to I-81 and it is clear sailing. I highly recommend spending an extra couple days sightseeing (Niagara Falls, Finger Lakes, Cooperstown, Turning Stone Casino and Golf, 1000 Islands) All are within about 2 hours.
