Sorry if Germans, but it looks like Kevin Steele will be at LSU this year in an administrative/recruiting capacity. I know many are still bitter over the Orange Bowl fiasco, but Steele is still a good guy. Gotta be happy for him...

You don't pay for good guy results. All the good guys in the world are not worth a dime if they fail to do their job. The job they are paid to do. I don't see Steele ever actually being a DC at any decent football program. Not after the OB massacre. JMO.

70 points, lack of tackling fundamnetals, and lack of much development of his position group, LB's. Not bitter but very glad he is gone. He just didnt get it done at CU

And a bit perturbed with KS about the poor showings vs NCSU; GT; S Car.; Md.; UNC and WFU.
Our defense played really well against VT twice. Other than that can you remind us how dominating they were.

Praising his name when his top ten defenses were keeping the sorry offense in games before chad arrived. His lack of talent and depth on D last season was the reason for the failure. It's not always coaching. Sometimes you just don't have the guys.
