in college basketball (1993, 2005 and 2009).
Based on the deliberate strategy by many members of the administration and athletic staff to effectively create fake classes for the sole purpose of keeping players eligible, should UNC have to vacate these titles?

and the accompanying punishment to the program should be brutal.
Someone on this site mentioned yesterday about their TWO internal investigations that found NOTHING????
heck, Even Jameis' punishment was doubled when they found out he was lying.

scape goats and UNCheat receiving another slap on the wrist. Does swofford have any say in the matter or is this going to come from the ncaa? Either way I don't expect them to have the stones to make an example out of them but if swofford has a say they'll somehow get extra scholarships and a brand new basket weaving center out of the deal.

I believe the Wainstein Report demonstrates that athletes who participated those years would not have maintained eligibility if not for the sham courses.
