You can't have 3 teams in the BCS from one conference.

If FSU goes to the national championship game, a second team goes to the Orange Bowl. Is it whomever is selected by the Orange Bowl or is it automatically the team that lost in the ACC Championship?

Since I've seen the talking heads say Clemson could make the BCS without winning the AC title, I believe it would be up to the bowl to decide who to take. The OB is only obligated to take the ACC Champ, and IF that is FSU, and IF FSU plays for the MNC, then yes we could go back to the OB.

the bid over any of us. No matter what the circumstance. WE could be a top 10 team and them at #17 and i think they'll get the nod over us. Which for the future if will mean they play better teams which will only add to the deficiency of the ACC in BCS games record. Not that we helped our cause last year but...it ain't gonna help our cause to have a 17th ranked ND play a #5 Kansas State and get waxed.

This deal really helps them in football. Like they even needed it.

a lower ranked ND.. say pitt drops to 12 and ND is at 18th. You think the Orange Bowl selects PITT? We'll see. But I'd imagine they'd make exceptions for ND.
