When was the last time an original ACC member beat us?....

Randomly was thinking about this...obviously the old Big East teams are still fairly new...and FSU was not an original.

2019- No losses
2018- No losses
2017- @Syracuse
2016- Pittsburgh
2015- No losses
2014- @FSU and @GT
2013- FSU
2012- @FSU
2011- @GT, @NCSU
2010- Miami, @UNC, @BC, @ FSU

Ok...so basically GT got us in 2014.
And back in 2011 NCSU got us.
In 2010 we were not very good.

You have to go back to the 2008 season to find a HOME loss to an original ACC member.
And that was to Maryland under Bowden and GT in Dabo’s first game.

Of course some of this is due to not playing certain teams each year I suppose. But some of the streaks we are building against our conference brethren are getting long.

Georgia Tech was not an original ACC member. Georgia Tech was in the SEC at one time.

So it looks like it was NC State in 2011.

You are correct as the statement was written. I was think of an original ACC member that is still an ACC member.

I remember when GT came in. I distinctly remember Bobby Cremins and his premature white hair and Mark Price was all they had that first year in round ball. They got killed every night, but Cremins grew on me, dude could Coach and they were serious business 3-4 yrs later.
