Wow, no love for the State of South Carolina from Espn....

ESPN college analysts Mark Schlabach and Brad Edwards have Clemson dropping to the Chick Fil A bowl against Florida or Auburn. They both have FSU int he Orange bowl and must think a Clemson loss drops them out of the national discussion or they would have them in another BCS bowl. Only 1 ACC team in their projections and not sure how they come up with that, must think Clemson loses more than 1.
They have USC dropping to the Gator Bowl which used to be an upper mid level bowl but has become nothing the last 10 years and takes the 7th or 8th place SEC team. They really think the rest of the year bring significant losses for the team in Cola

I agree, even if FSU is a loss the #3 team losing to #6 would only drop a few spots then there are plenty of other games to get right back in the top 5.
And that possibility includes a loss to FSU which is at home and is probably a better chance of a win than a loss.
Not sure what they are thinking but it doesn't make much sense

Schlabach went to UGA but the other guy was not a USC grad and even if so he had them dropping to the Gator bowl
Based on what I have seen from their defense they may not make a bowl

USuC is headed towards 6-6. They could possibly lose 5-6 of their next 7.

really shocked these guys see more losses for Clemson
Doesn't match the majority of the projections with Clemson either in the Orange bowl or another BCS bowl
not shocked they see 5-6 losses for USC based on the defense played so far

This made me so mad today. Imagine that already say FSU is so great. What top 10 team did they beat? That win over Maryland is really impressive....Espn is on TheeeeLSD.

You might want to check this weeks update which came out today. They both drop Clemson to the Chick Fil A bowl 1 against Fla the other against Auburn
The only reason I see is I guess they are putting more into FSU whipping Maryland to drop Clemson. Not sure Maryland was ever a top 25 team based on who they beat to get there
They dropped USC from Outback or Capital One (a top 4th or 5th SEC team invite) to Gator (the 7th or 8th SEC invite) based on week in week out pitiful defense

This isn't former coot Brad Edwards, the one who made the interception against us in 1987 at the Roach. This guy went to Alabama.
Carry on.

I've seen a lot of differing opinions. Right now, all I am concerned about is beating BC.
One game at a time...

Taylor, I stated that is who it was from in the OP. You obviously missed that when you said you may want to check your sources.
I would think the more realistic pick is the person or team who tracks that particular conference which is Dinich and Adelsen
I guess the reason for the post was how odd it was that 2 guys had something so different than everyone else. I think you simply missed the point of the post...probably one of those fans who never set foot in a Clemson classroom and rarely actually buys tickets to the games

the gator bowl blew it when they got in bed with the sec.

instead of getting the #2-4 acc team like in years prior, they are getting a lessor sec team and thereby diminishing the quality of game they put on.
