Would you trust going on a blind date?

I was given a lot of attributes about this lady, but nothing about what she looks like.

Now of course looks aren’t everything...but you have to at the very least have an attraction to someone for a relationship to be kindled, right? Any of you ever had a blind date you regretted or got lucky?

One, when it was over she told me I was goofy and to never call her again. Saw her a few years later, she had just divorced some “cool” guy that beat her rather frequently and she mentioned we should go out again. I told her my wife wouldn’t be a big fan of that.

Another was to a party, we got along ok but before the night was over I wound up introducing her to a friend of mine and they’ve been married going on 30 years.
