Worst Offensive Play in Our Playbook

Is it just me or have our opponents figured out our fade pass? If I recall correctly our interceptions on this play is noticeable. What should be called to take advantage of the defense? I am not a coach and I don't have an answer. Just asking ya'll coaches! Let us have a NO Fade game!

This year (not in years past) it's the slip screen to the receiver playing the 9 spot. I don't think it has gained a yard all year, and has lost yardage on almost everyone. For whatever reason, we can't get the blocking right on that play and it seems like we run it every game.
